Power Breakfast: Smoothie bowl combinations

My new favorite breakfast are smoothie bowls! It is so great to have a power food early in the morning! And get creative!

Toppings:

  • Kiwi
  • Coco nibs
  • Dried mulberries
  • Gobi Berries
  • Bee pollen
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Chia seeds

Green Smoothie: 

  • 1 banana
  • Handful of spinach
  • Ground flax seed
  • Almond or Coconut milk
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple or mango

Acai smoothie:

  • A packet of Acai
  • 1 banana
  • Coconut or Almond milk
  • 1 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1 cup of frozen berries
